I ordered a costume from Weissmans and, it looked really nice when it arrived. But the fit was... a little off. The top ended up being tighter than I expected, while the bottoms fit totally fine, so I was kind of left wondering if I picked the wrong size or if the sizing just runs uneven.

Shipping was okay, nothing too exciting or delayed, and the quality seemed decent overall. I just wish the size chart had been more accurate, you know? It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it also wasn’t amazing.

I ordered a costume from Weissmans and I’ve got to admit, the quality was better than I expected. The fabric feels sturdy, the stitching looks solid, and it’s already made it through a few practices without any issues. The sizing was close too, which was a relief. My daughter loves it so much that I kind of blame her for wanting to wear it nonstop now. Overall, I’m really happy with it

I had to exchange a dance costume for a bigger size, and it was easy. The return instructions were clear enough that I didn’t have to overthink it, and the whole thing didn’t take too long. Mailing it back was a little annoying, but customer service got back to me quickly when I had a question. If this is how they usually handle exchanges, I’d feel fine ordering from them again.

I thought shipping would take a bit longer, but my order arrived fast. I had reached out just to check on the timing, and support basically said something like, “It’s already on the way and should be there soon,” which turned out to be true. Everything showed up fine, no problems at all

I had to send a couple emails before I finally heard back, which was a little frustrating... but once they did respond, they were actually really nice and got my order issue fixed. Overall, not bad... just slower than I was expecting.
